The
grimy frontage of New Briggate belies the creativity and opportunity
behind its walls. Transformation will re-energise
this run down area to inspire a striking gateway to the city
of Leeds.

The revitalisation will
improve the lives of residents and visitors. It will also
reflect the successful regeneration that most of Leeds has
already undergone, whilst protecting the character of the
theatre and our architectural heritage.
